We don’t create designs that we think you should have, but we listen to what your inspiration is in creating a personalized custom design that fulfills your needs and budget. We Begin in Your Space

The best place to see and understand your project begins in your space. Kim Morgan Designs will come to you in the comfort of your home.  The complimentary consultation typically lasts about an hour, where we take time to fully understand your project and get to know each other better.

If you decide to work together, Kim will take photographs and measurements. We will discuss your space, lighting and other aesthetics that should be considered in the design process. This personalized approach allows us to work together to select the perfect colors and textures that will reflect your lifestyle and existing furnishings.

What to Expect

One of the most important aspects of your initial consultation is to discuss your budget.  Often people are not really aware of the cost of goods or where to begin when setting the budget.  Kim will work with you to determine a budget that can accomplish your project goals.  You can then assess if you would like to complete your design one room at a time or your entire project. We have access to over 135 brand named suppliers, and knowing your budget will be most beneficial for both parties in creating the design of your dreams.

Design & Presentation

Once back in our studio, we begin your design process. Sketches, renderings and floor plans are created. We will pull together a variety of design and product options from our extensive assortment of top name brands, all personalized for your project. On our follow-up appointment, we present our recommendations for creating the space of your dreams within your budget. Kim will use a combination of Power Point, 2-D drawings, photographs and samples to present your design. Together, we will make selections and ensure that your design is exactly what you want.

Delivery & Installation

The day of the reveal is the most exciting day of the design process! Kim will come to your home to supervise expert installers and the delivery of furnishings.  While you are out, she will layout your room and ensure that your new space is perfect.
