Meet the Designer

Coming from a family of artists, Kim developed a lifelong passion for color, design, and creativity at an early age. With years of experience designing, decorating, and renovating homes—including the restoration of an 1833 Pennsylvania farmhouse—Kim brings both artistic vision and practical expertise to every project. As an independent franchisee with Decorating Den Interiors, she has access to over 135 trusted suppliers, allowing her to create beautiful, customized spaces for a wide range of styles and budgets.

Birchrunville is located in West Vincent Township, Pennsylvania. West Vincent Township has a total area of nearly 18 miles and had a population of 4,567 at the 2010 census.

Birchrunville Post Office – The Birchrunville Post Office is located at 1405 Hollow Rd. The U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®) is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every residential and business address.

The Birchrunville Store Cafe – The Birchrunville Store Cafe was built in 1898, however it was originally constructed to serve as a creamery. In the late 1970s the general store was converted to a cafe. It was not until 1999 that The Birchrunville Store Café was opened.

Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show and Country Fair – The Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show and Country Fair has been a labor day tradition for over 78 years. The Ludwig’s Corner Show Grounds are 33 acres of community open space & host to local equestrian competition in various disciplines. Proceeds from the annual Labor Day weekend event help preserve & maintain the grounds for all to enjoy.
